Boosters
With an upgrader for your Best item upgrade, you can get a number of bonuses. These could include stats and bonus bonuses. These bonuses can be utilized on armor, weapons and trinkets. They can be used to boost a character's abilities or to add a new element of variety to their appearance.
The World of Warcraft upgrade system allows players to upgrade their equipment by paying a currency fee to an upgrader for their item. The system was introduced in Mists of Pandaria and was expanded with the introduction of Warlords of Draenor. It's a convenient method to boost the level of your equipment, letting you to avoid the tedious grind and avoid a lot of wipes in Mythicand Dungeons.
When an item is upgraded, its base type will change. Upgrades to a normal item result in an Exceptional version, while upgrades to an Exceptional version make an Elite. The item will retain its previous upgrade stats, but will gain an extra bonus of its new base type. This bonus will be randomly chosen from the following options: a chance to obtain weapons with a greater damage range and a chance to gain an improved reload speed, or the chance to obtain an improved defense roll.
The amount of upgrades you make will determine the amount of extras you receive. Each upgrade will increase the number of extras by three points maximum. Each upgrade will also increase the stats in the main menu by +1.
Certain upgrades also give a secondary random boost in addition to stat enhancements. These boosts are important and should be considered when deciding which items to upgrade. Certain boosts can only be used in certain designs (such a Whistan's Shield for FB Sorcs) Some are valuable to collectors.
Some items come with built-in boos which is less effective when upgraded. For instance the Goldwrap offers an additional potion slot. These are usually upgraded to add more value to a near-perfect or perfect item.
Costs
Upgrades come with certain costs associated with them. The most significant cost is the upgrade itself. The cost is based on the item's new ilvl and the number of perks it will gain, and can be expensive. Upgrades to a higher level (such as Explorer to Champion or Veteran to Heroic) can be costly.
The other is the cost of the materials required to upgrade. The items used are usually either Power Dices (dropped by monsters 21and over) or Minerals and Erons (obtainable by completing certain Mists of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor quests). The amount of these materials required is available in the inventory of an upgrade vendor.
The process of upgrading an Best item upgrade is a complex process that takes time. Depending on the size of the upgrade, it could take up to 8 hours. The upgraded item upgrades's base stats are calculated by using the item upgrades's new ilvl bonuses, perks, and other properties. This calculation determines the new Armor Class bonus, damage dice, and other important statistics. In some cases the upgrade will provide additional advantages that can be picked from a list of available advantages.
Rarely, the new perks obtained will cost more than one perk slot to acquire; in these situations the upgrade will replace the highest-cost perks. Sometimes, the upgrader may make other adjustments to an item, for example, changing its weapon damage type or removing or adding an unwieldy or operative property. The cost for these changes is determined by the item's new ilvl, and may require a specific material, such as the adamantine alloy.
Success Rate
The process of upgrading an item is based on chance. Like any random system, there is a possibility that it won't work. There are a few ways to increase your chances of success. This includes the use of an Upgrade Pity or adding extra materials to your upgrade.
An Upgrade Pity is an item you can purchase from the smithing NPC in Lost Ark. It increases the odds of a successful upgrade by some percentage. This is similar to the luck bonus certain items offer however it is more stable. It can be added to any armor or weapon, and can be used up to three times.
You can also add other materials to the upgrade to increase the chances of success. The materials are displayed in a window above the + button. There are a few limitations. The maximum amount of material you can upload is shown directly above the + button.
A Blacksmith Blessing or an upgraded version can be used to boost the odds of an upgrade succeeding. This item can be useful if your weapon or piece is near or has reached the maximum level of its tier. This Item upgrader kit lets you upgrade the equipment to the next tier without the risk of breaking.
If an upgrade is unsuccessful the upgrade will be reversed to its original state. This is usually a break, but it could also be a downgrade. Keep an upgrade in reserve until you reach the highest level for an item.
There are many items in the Kafra shop that can be used to improve the likelihood of a successful upgrade. You can increase your chances of success by upgrading your equipment multiple times with HD Oridecon and HD Elunium. The chance of success will be increased if you can increase the chance of getting a Double Mint by Shoe-Minting five times.
Failure Rate

It is important to know that not all items can be upgraded. The rate of upgrade and enchantment is dependent on the item's rank. The higher the rank of an item, the more Zeny and items are required to upgrade it.
This system can be quite expensive, particularly for top-of-the-line equipment. It can cost upwards of 100,000 Z and 100 Carnium to upgrade an armor or weapon. The chance of success also decreases as you climb in rank. However, you can make use of cash shop items to increase the chance of upgrading your item efficiently.
Normal Upgrade is a fundamental upgrade that is only applied to weapons, armor and bikes. It consumes different grades of core, dependent on the kind of item upgrades. In general, items with lower grades will require lower grade cores and higher-end items will require more expensive ones.
You must have the right number of cores before you can do a normal upgrade. Click the button next to the item you wish to upgrade once you've got the cores. The upgrade window will display a percent indication of your chance of success. This percentage is determined by the level of upgrade and the core nature of the item you have selected.
You can also opt for a safeguard that will protect your item in the event of failure. This protection isn't free however it will cost less than the cost of a new item. The safeguard can only be used once for each upgrade and will last until it is used again.
The interface for the item upgrader could be a bit confusing, but it is not difficult to navigate. The main menu appears on the left, and the upgrade window appears on the right. The arrows on the left of the UI indicate the various steps of the upgrade process. If you are not sure what you're doing, click the question mark icon for help. The process of upgrading can take anywhere from five to ten minutes.
