Baby Jogger City Select Stroller & City Select Car Seat

The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that converts from a single stroller to double stroller by the addition of a second seat or glider board (sold separately). It can also be configured to become a triple travel system by adding a bench seat or infant car seat. It comes with 24 options in total and is the top-rated stroller. This model is made with Baby Jogger's soft, breathable and sustainably sourced TENCEL fabrics. They help regulate temperature. It has a leatherette handlebar, bumper bar and belly bar. It's 20% smaller and lighter than the top single-to-double stroller, the UPPAbaby V2.

It comes with a sunshade of medium size and a convenient magnetic peek-a-boo window that is easy to open and close. The telescoping bar is of the most easily adjustable and works for parents of any height. The seats recline, and they have a footwell adjustment button so you can position your child for maximum comfort. The storage bin is spacious however we wish it had a latch that was more secure. The bin is easy to open, but the zippers are a bit frustrating because they have to be removed and then put back in place after every use.

Like its counterparts, the City Select has single-action brakes that are easy to set and release using the pull of a lever on the side of the frame lower than the handlebar. It's sandal and barefoot-friendly and is an improvement over the clunky toe-pinch brake lever that a few of the competitors use.

This is the only stroller that we have reviewed that can accept two infant seats. It's a great option for parents with twins or an infant on the way. It can be used with the majority of major brands' infant car seats by using an adapter. We tested it with Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models and also the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is incompatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. The City Select is an excellent alternative for families who already own a car seat, but want a stroller which can accommodate it. However, you may be better served with another convertible stroller in this instance.
