Also, it doesn't have a camera that would let it see the corners of an area.

It's still a great option for those who want to save money on a Roomba from iRobot and have a mostly unfinished home or office. It's also very quiet and you can use it when you're at work or at school. The only thing it doesn't have that you can't find in the more expensive iRobot Roomba X30 is edge-to-edge vacuuming on bare floors. And it's less effective at mopping, relying on disposable wet wipes that don't hold on well and aren't able to take on dried-on debris. The Q5 has a self-emptying dock, though. If you're in need of it clean the mopping pad, it can be changed for an awe-inspiring one in a matter of minutes.
