10 Item Upgrade-Friendly Habits To Be Healthy
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its base stats and sometimes increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations are applied.
For instance, the premium racial shield Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb function in PvP, or to add additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to roll a purchased item upgrading such as an armor, weapon or ring. This allows you to swap the item for another similar one and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are an efficient method of upgrading equipment. They don't maintain the original equipment's condition and any wasted resources aren't rewarded.
The survivors can get tokens to reroll in many ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates, or purchased from the market for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of an item that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can roll their equipment into three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage done by weapons and melee attacks, while spell power improves rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each of these upgrades the item to a better quality. To create them, you need a higher-quality token to reroll. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The marker for rerolling, unlike markers or tokens placed on action areas, stays on the spot until the next Success is rerolled. This helps you save upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. Once they are open, they display a full description and icon of the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for the amount of coins.
During a run, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to the choice of Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and those that are in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These stones are special stones which increase the level of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. They can also be obtained by players who have completed daily contracts.
To upgrade their gear players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. This will show a list of the item's levels and what it will become after being leveled-up. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.
After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. After the player has met the requirements, he is able to select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take from a few seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is safe and doesn't impact the item upgrades's durability. This makes it an excellent method for players to get an advantage in battle without putting stress on their bank accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item onto an entirely new piece of equipment.
The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for players who are new to the game. There are a variety of ways to acquire these stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will be upgraded to an upgraded level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level of an item is attained.
Items that have upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components don't stack against each other, and can only be added to one item at one time. Each upgrade component also requires an amount of items as well as a certain equipment level.
The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the first is where players can put in an item to be upgraded, while the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will appear like when it reaches its next level. Once a player has enough materials by pressing the yellow arrow, it will begin the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small percentage. The maximum level of an item is 19.
Once an item has reached its highest level, upgrades will not be available for it. When a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be inserted into armors, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools in order to provide an additional benefit or bonus while the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted, obtained through questing or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, but doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs that can be replaced and removed at any time.
Requirements
The upgrades to items allow players the ability to boost certain attributes of weapons and armor that they currently have. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on the type of item but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
The upgrade items can be used to make set pieces and weapons for added effects or a higher level of the item. These upgrades can be obtained from many sources, including crafting, buying from the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been placed into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.
Upgrading an Best item upgrader can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers which can further enhance the stats of the item.
The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun", for example, increases base defense and gives an additional 20 percent chance to block. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.
Certain items benefit from upgrading less because of their improved stats and more because it allows players to gain the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.
When you select an upgrade component to slot into an item the game will display an in-game window that lists the necessary requirements. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
Once you've satisfied the requirements for an upgrade the game will put the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will be updated to show how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
