Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals

If you've always wanted to purchase a robot vacuum, now is the time to get one. CNET's top robot vacuum cleaner models are on sale this Black Friday and Cyber Monday and can save you up to 57%..

The Roborock Q7 Max is a powerful robot with smart mapping and app-based no-go zones. Its running time of 180 minutes is impressive. It also self-empties itself and automatically refills its water tank.

1. Roomba j7+ iRobot from iRobot.

The Roomba j7+ is iRobot's most advanced robot vacuum to date. Its most notable innovation, however, is its camera-based obstacle detection system. It uses AI to detect objects like charging cords and shoes. It's also the first robot Vacuum hoover to automatically send you a picture of the object it comes across so you can tell it to avoid it in the future.

The Combo J7+ is the most efficient robot mop that we have ever tested. It picks up dirt and spills quickly leaving no trace it was there. It's easy to control through the iRobot Home app, which allows you to schedule cleaning and create Keep Out Zones to make sure it doesn't vacuum areas you don't want it to. It's compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant so you can start and stop it by voice.

Its design is an improvement over the rest, with a sleek top piece that appears more like a toy than a loud, obnoxious one. Clean Base Automatic Dirt disposal System is also self-emptying which will reduce your cleaning time.

In our tests, we found that the j7+ swiftly eliminated dirt, dust and hair from pets. Its counter-rotating rubber brush rolls kept the debris in one location rather than sending it scattering across the floor robot. It was able to capture small gravel, sand and even a little grit. Most robots could not do this. It did all this without getting tangled up in our pet's hair shed.

Although it's not as smart as the Roomba s9+ Self-Emptying Vacuum and can't clean stairs, the J7+ is an excellent choice for those who need mopping and a vacuum in their home. It's not expensive, and the iRobot application makes it user-friendly.

The iRobot Home App is easy to use, but we found it less reliable as other robotic cleaner apps. It can take a long time to download updates, and sometimes it's difficult to tell if the update is actually working until you see it in action.

2. Roborock Q5+

If you want a robot vacuum cleaner that can do more than simply clean your floors A hybrid is the ideal choice. This category of bots typically has a built-in water tank which means they can mop and vacuum your home at the same time. They also come with a variety of extra features, including smart mapping, small obstacle avoidance, and the ability to dry and wash mopping pads. The negative is that they can be pricey at full retail, but during Black Friday and Cyber Monday they are often reduced in price.

Roborock makes some of our favorite robot vacuums and the Q5+ isn't an exception. This is their least expensive auto-empty model, and although it lacks some of the features that are found on more expensive models (like no-go zones and multi-story memory) it's still a great option if you're willing compromise a bit in order to save hundreds of dollars.

The Q5+ is extremely soft when it comes to obstacles such as walls and table legs. This makes it an excellent choice for homes that have lots of furniture. It's also extremely thorough in cleaning up dust bunnies. This is a area where many cheaper robot vacuums do not excel in. The technology for navigation in the Q5+ is excellent as well, with only a few missed corners and along walls.

The Q5+, as with other Roborock products can be controlled with a few buttons on the device or through the Roborock App. Through the app, you can start and stop cleanings, set schedules, create virtual barriers and no-go zones and modify your home map or change the labeling of rooms.

If you select the Q5+ model, it comes with a new auto-emptying dock that's designed to make this robot easier to maintain. It requires a screwdriver install, but once installed, the process of emptying the bin is relatively simple. It comes with a huge LCD screen, which is useful when setting up schedules and adjusting settings. This feature isn't essential for the majority of people, but it can help effectively keep track of the highest rated robot vacuum's maintenance schedules.

3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a sophisticated well-rounded mop and vacuum. It's capable of both vacuuming and mopping. Its design is among the most innovative in the market however it's quite expensive.

It's a small base station that looks stunning and can be hidden when not in use. The station's main selling point is that it automates many tasks, functions and chores that other robots have to leave to you. It can keep clean and dirty water and also electrolyze and warm the water. Most other robovacs will require you to perform this.

Its vacuuming performance is quite impressive, too. It's the only robovac I've used that has done an excellent job of removing debris from bare floors. It's also not as loud as the expensive Roomba 900 series or iRobot 980.

But the Freo X Ultra has its faults, especially in terms of navigation. Its laser and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable as other robovacs. This means it is sometimes stuck or confused in certain areas of your home. It can't climb stairs as well as competitors, and doesn't come with a dock that allows you to create a dedicated cleaning zone for carpets with plush padding.

The Freo X Ultra robot sweeper vacuum and mop is a great option for those looking for a robot vacuum that does everything.

If you're looking to save money or aren't averse to the limitations of the robot, there are plenty of other options on the market. A lot of eufy models are considerably less. The Eufy Qrevo Curv, for example is less expensive and offers an identical experience on the app with more features, including stair climbing, a full-function dock, and a better overall performance when vacuuming floors as well as high- and low-pile carpets.

4. Eufy RoboVac G30

Eufy is an Anker company with an established track record of making robot vacuums that have the right combination of features, performance and price. The G30 Hybrid is no different and offers a powerful cleaning of hard floors as well as mopping functions as well as carpets at a reasonable price. It's simple to set up, just connect one of the side brushes and turn it on, then connect the charging dock. The app guides you through several steps to connect to your Wi-Fi and then the G30 is ready to go. You'll need to place the dock close to a power outlet and enough space to allow it to move but.

The G30 is small, 2.85 inches tall to be precise It can be tucked away under sofas and other furniture with low clearance. Its design is less ostentatious when compared to rival models. It features a sleek black finish with three buttons that are physical for Auto cleaning robots for home start/pause (which scrubs the area in a spiral fashion over two minutes) Recharge and Spot Cleaner. It is also possible to connect the G30 with Amazon Alexa or Google Home for voice commands to perform unscheduled cleaning.

The most important characteristic that makes the G30 apart from most competitors is the way it cleans. It makes use of a built-in map to create an image of non-movable objects that are in its path while retaining what it's cleaned and where it can't access. It then returns to the base to recharge and then continues cleaning the area it left.

The elegant G30 has some flaws. The iRobot Roomba 675 is much better constructed, has lower recurring costs, charges faster and offers similar battery life. It also offers better performance on bare floors and low-pile carpet. It also comes with a larger dust bin that doesn't have to be empty as often and comes with an array of boundary strips to keep it away from certain areas. The G30 is cheaper and easier to maintain. Its smaller container means it doesn't need to be emptied as often, and it has less difficulty handling bulky products such as cereal.
