World of Warcraft - Item Upgrading

The upgrade of an item upgrader kit lets players increase the gear rating of an item upgrader mod by up 700 points, and then give it a bonus. Items can be upgraded by keeping them in inventory and heading to the kiln.

Certain items can be upp'd for their unique stats (like a perfectly broken point armour that is rolled for melee PvP) while others like weapons do not vary greatly post upgrade and thus aren't worth upgrading.

Weapons

Upgrades to weapons can improve their numerical stats, such as attack damage, crit chance, and PvE/PvP damage. Weapons have a flat-rate bonus that increases damage per second. Some weapons also have a fixed bonus that is activated when three or more identical weapons are used in a unit. In some instances, this bonus could amount to more than the amount of damage that a weapon is able to upgrade by itself.

The cost of upgrading a weapon's capabilities is contingent on the nature of the weapon as well as its current level. For instance, a +2 weapon will require two regular Smithing Stones to upgrade while a +3 requires four. The number of stones needed to upgrade the gun will increase until it needs an upgrade to a higher level of Smithing Stones. At that point it will reset to one.

Upgrades to weapons can also change the stats of their base. While this is generally a good thing but it can also have negative consequences too. Upgrades can make items inaccessible, unless you're extremely lucky.

Armor items can also be upgraded to improve their stats. For instance, if you have chests or helms, this will increase the defense of its base, while gloves and belts will enhance their required strength and dexterity. Armor also has an option to reroll its Enhanced Defense%, meaning that it may change its roll to a lower value.

The upgrade template for a weapon will display the new stats that it will get when upgraded, along with their relative values. This means that the weapon will gain 3% attack damage if it is upgraded from an 8 attack damage sword to an 11 attack damage sword. The 3% does not mean that the weapon will be hit three times less, since it is an absolute number.

Rerolling a weapon is also possible by pressing the green button on the item upgrade menu with the arrows that circle. The item will be rerolled and alter its stats, but it will not reset the weapon's level or connect it to an account's status.

Armor

Making a few improvements to your armor could make a a huge difference in your ability to survive. Certain sets can offer MASSIVE boosts to poison, curse, fire and magic resistance, which makes the journey through difficult terrain a breeze. In general, the greater defense you can offer your character, the more health you can get from each point. Therefore, it is recommended to upgrade your armor.

To upgrade your armor, go to one of the Great Fairy Fountains in the game. There are four Great Fairy Fountains available in the game, and to unlock each one you have to complete an additional quest that involves the Stable Trotters. Once you've completed the primary side quest and completed the fountain in question you'll be able to speak to any Great Fairy to open up the armor upgrading menu.

The amount of materials required to upgrade each piece of armor will vary. It is possible to use anything from three Red Chuchu jelly and 10 Rupees to upgrade your first armor piece, and anywhere between five Rubies or ten Fire-Breath Lizalfos Horns to upgrade the next one. The Champion Leathers, for instance, can be upgraded to a +5 defense rating, which allows you to stay ahead in frigid environments with a large group of foes. The Snowquill Headdress, on the other is able to be upgraded as high as +20 defense to ensure you can survive a raid with your comrades.

It isn't possible to upgrade armor like weapons. If you're playing as a Warrior it is best to focus on upgrading your armor for physical power or the power of spells. It's also worthwhile to save your armor upgrades for armor you'll wear at the end of the game, like the Ring of Lightning and Spectral Shield or the helmet you wear for the final boss battle, the Monter Parts Merchant's mask.

By giving the jeweler 10 Twinkling Titanite in Gerudo Town in Gerudo Town, you can gain some benefits to your armor. Generally speaking, you'll want to keep these upgrades for the weapon you'll be using to win the game, like the Longsword, Battleaxe or Warhammer, but it can be beneficial to have a few upgrades to your helmets and chest armor that let you stealthy battle certain monsters.

Potions

Potions are substances in bottles that, when consumed, give the user an effect on their status for a short period of time. There are five kinds of potions that have different effects and durations. Some potions can be upgraded to enhance their level of effectiveness. You can also enhance the effects of certain potions by adding glowstone dust and redstone.

Potion upgrades require a certain amount XP. This can be earned by crafting them on a crafting table, or by storing them in the Alchemist chest. The price of upgrades changes depending on what type of potion you'd like to upgrade, as well as on the item upgrader mod's Mark Level and rarity.

To upgrade a potion simply right-click on it in your inventory. Then, select "Upgrade" from the menu. This will open a GUI which allows you to select the potions that you want to upgrade and the amount of experience they'll give you when upgraded. Upgrading potions can be done in batches of up to five at a time, and the XP they earn will be added to your current XP level.

Once a potion is upgraded, it won't degrade until you use it again, or break the bottle it's stored in. Clicking on the potion in your inventory will allow you to change its name.

There were a few changes to potion mechanics in version 1.7.2. For example the splash potions now have an average duration of zero,08 seconds (this is not the same as 22.5 seconds that are displayed on the hover display for the item). The table for potion is now made of four Wood Planks, and two Glass. This allows it to be utilized by players in Survival and Bedrock. Bedrock Edition potions aren't compatible with cauldrons like Java Edition. The same applies to using a potion within an empty cauldron. This will deplete the potion, and refill the bottle.

In addition, there are lingering potions that are brewed with dragon breath and splash potions. Similarly, a lingering potions effect can be extended by adding redstone. The table of potion ingredients is now arranged more like the Java Edition, and new potions were added, such as potion of leaping, decomposition potion, as well as turtle master potions.

Trinkets

A trinket is an ornamental item upgrader kit that is small, cheap or piece of jewelry. It can also refer to a piece of art or a decoration that serves a purpose, but is not particularly significant like a thimble. In certain cultures, a trinket is used to express affection or friendship between family members.

In addition to weapons, armor and potions, players can upgrade their trinkets. Upgrades can be made by paying the appropriate currency to an upgrade vendor. Trinkets unlike other items that can be upgraded can be traded at will without losing stats.

Upgrade vendors can be found at the capitals of each zone, and in some instances in dungeons. Upgrades for trinkets are available with gold, tokens, or fragments from trinkets that are rare.

Upgrades are a cheaper alternative to purchasing a new trinket. It is possible to upgrade the player for just 12 tokens. The new trinket will have the same base ilvl as the older one, and have an additional upgrade bonus of 1.

Once the old Trinkets have become no longer usable they can be upgraded. This allows a player to increase both their power and value over time. They can be traded among players and are a viable alternative to gold.

In general players should upgrade their top-priority items first. This means that the top-in slot items for each class are upgraded first, followed by their secondary gear and other pieces of equipment they won't replace anytime soon (such as an earring or a cloak). Players should also consider their class's preferred stats when selecting the items to upgrade. For example If Haste and Crit are the two most important stats for tanks it is recommended that they upgrade their chest, helm shoulders, belt, and chest.

When they are no longer useful trinkets are able to be upgraded to a higher level. The new trinket comes with an additional 1percent bonus. However, a re-upgrade will cause the trinket to be destroyed in the event that it is not salvaged using the Black Lion Salvage Kit or an additional salvage tool of higher quality. Upgrades to trinkets can be more expensive than other upgrades, but still less expensive than buying new ones.
