It's a bit more expensive than the other options on this list however it's one of the few that come with a rain cover included.

Summer Infant 3D Lite
The Summer Infant 3D Lite stroller is a compact, lightweight stroller with many features. It can be folded into a small package so it is easy to transport and store. It's one of the lightest strollers we tested, and it's also one of the most affordable alternatives. It is not suitable for everyday use as it does not have an infant bassinet or car seat however it is perfect for travel.
It can accommodate a toddler easily. The large seat can be placed flat to allow for diaper changes or napping. The 5-point harness can be adjusted in three different height positions. The storage basket is spacious and there is an extra cup holder in the back for parents to use. There's a peekaboo window on the canopy which is covered with a flap of fabric and an additional pocket that is zippered for smaller items.
This stroller, like the UPPAbaby G-Luxe steers well on smooth surfaces, but can get stuck in cracks when we test it on rough terrain. The wheels are made of plastic and they vibrate more than the average of our test group. It also has a shorter strap for carrying than most of our strollers tested, which means it's more difficult to carry when you're carrying a large bag or sleeping baby.
The 3Dlite folds in just four seconds and unfolds in six. The process involves just a few steps that include raising the lever in the back of the stroller to release the latch, pull down the latch on the right side, then push the handles down. While they aren't the fastest or most slow fold and unfold times of any stroller they are nevertheless fairly quick. It has handles that are quite taller which could be an issue for those who are shorter.
The Summer Infant 3D Lite has one major disadvantage that is that it doesn't come with a sunshade. It has a fairly large canopy, but it doesn't offer any protection for your child when you're walking facing the sun. It does come with an adjustable sun visor that can provide some protection when it is fully open, but it will not cover your baby's head completely.
