Its only issue is that the robot is known to smash into objects and walls at full speed. The only downside I've discovered with this model was that its VibraRise mop pad mount isn't removable. While you can swap out the mopping cloth (if necessary) but it's a challenge to take off the mount to wash it manually. I've noticed that any plush carpet that the robot vacuum cleaner reviews passes will come into contact with the rough Velcro-like fastener mechanism on the mount, which can cause abrasions.
