If you're looking to purchase an automated vacuum cleaner that can do more than just clean floors, the most effective option is likely to be one that is a hybrid. While it lacks some of the premium features found on higher-end models (like no-go zones and multi-story memory) it's a great option if you're willing sacrifice a little to save a few hundred dollars.

The Freo X Ultra is not without flaws, especially when it comes navigation. Its LiDAR sensors and laser sensors aren’t as reliable as other robotvacs. This means it could get stuck or confused in certain corners or rooms in the home. It's also not able to climb stairs like other models and doesn't come with a dock to create a clean zone for plush carpets.
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a great choice for those who want an automated vacuum cleaner remote vacuum that can do it all.
If you're looking to save money or simply don't care about the limitations of this robotic there are many other great choices available which include a variety of eufy models that cost considerably less. The Eufy Qrevo Curv, for instance is less expensive and provides a similar in-app experience with additional features such as stair climbing, a full-function dock, and a better overall performance when vacuuming floors and low and high-pile carpets.

The dock must be located near an outlet with plenty of space to move.
