Upgrades can sometimes increase the stats of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random enhancements applied.
The most powerful racial Shield Razortail for instance, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more marketable than the perfect non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item, such as an armor, weapon or ring. This replaces the item with another of the same kind however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective option to upgrade equipment. However, they do not retain the level of the original item, and any wasted resources aren't refunded.
Survivors can obtain tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests, or purchase them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to change the attribute of a piece equipment such as increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can roll their equipment using three attributes: physical power, magic power and health. Physical power increases the damage that melee and weapons while spell power improves mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available such as upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to make it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
In contrast to other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains in the space until the next successful result is rerolled. This helps you save upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the start of every preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by grabbing on to them. When they are opened, they display a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.

To upgrade equipment, the player must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the item's level, and what it will become after being upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires just one green or blue Growth Stone.
After deciding what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Once the requirements are fulfilled, the player may select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item upgrading will be upgraded in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take from a few seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is also completely risk-free and does not affect the item's durability. This makes the system an excellent method for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without straining their bank accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item upgrader mod to a new piece of gear.
For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. Leveling

The process will consume the upgrade components and grant the item a higher level, granting the item an additional boost in the area. This process can continue until the item reaches its maximum level.
Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as an icon of blue next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be added to more than one item at once. Each upgrade component will require an amount of items as well as a certain level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place items to be upgraded. On the right, previews show what the gear looks like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once the player has enough materials will start the upgrading process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded the base stats of an item will increase by only a tiny amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.

They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will damage the previous upgrade, except for glyphs, which can be removed and replaced freely.
Requirements

Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players if they can get a perfect roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.
