Speak "Yes" To These 5 Item Upgrade Tips
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can boost the performance of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are applied.
For instance, the top shield of racial violence Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to add additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens let you roll a purchased item such as armor, weapon, or ring. This swaps the current item upgrades for one of the same type and comes with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an economical method of upgrading equipment. They don't keep the original equipment's condition and any money wasted will not be refunded.
The survivors can get Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests, or purchased at the local store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute of an item for example, increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.
Players can roll their equipment into three categories three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Physical power increases the damage that melee and weapons, while spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a higher quality. To create them, you require a higher-quality reroll token. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The marker for rerolling, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action spaces, remains on the space till the next success is rerolled. This is a way to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they display an image and description of the Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop will exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
This means that you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This changes the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve armor, weapons and other items. These are special stones that can increase an item's level by increasing its stats and abilities. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by signing daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment, players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's levels and what it will be after being leveled-up. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.
After deciding on the item to upgrade the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. When the requirements are satisfied, the user can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can take between a few seconds and minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is risk-free and does not impact the durability of the item. This is an excellent option for players who want to gain an advantage in combat, but don't want to burden their wallets. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets players boost the base stats of weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item upgrading will gain a higher level. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item is reached.
Items with upgraded base stats display the blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be applied to more than one item at once. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a certain quantity of items to be used and an appropriate level for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the first is where players can place equipment that needs to be upgraded, while the right side shows a glimpse of what the gear will appear like when it reaches its next level. Once players have enough materials by pressing the yellow arrow, it will begin the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the stats of the base item will increase by a small amount. The maximum level of an item upgrader kit is 19.
Once an item reaches the highest level, upgrades will no longer be available to it. Also, when an item is on an upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades for the track will be offered at a discount.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into armors, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to provide an additional effect or benefit while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through questing or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs which can be removed and replaced freely.

The game will show you the requirements when you select the upgrade component that goes into the item. This includes the type of item (either Armor or Weapon), the tier of that item as well as the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
The game will put an item in your inventory after you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how far to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any NPC that upgrades items.
