Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its base stats, and sometimes increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements and how many random augmentations can be applied.

For example, the elite shield for racial discrimination Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to add additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an item you have acquired like armor, weapon, or ring. This swaps the current item upgrade for one similar item and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't maintain the original equipment's condition and any money wasted aren't rewarded.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be located in crates and chests or bought from the store for 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to change the attribute of an item such as increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can reroll their equipment in three attributes that include physical power, magical power and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage that melee and weapons, while spell power improves mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player additional health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item upgrader that is exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker for rerolling, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces remains on the space till the next success is being rerolled. This helps you save upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of every preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by grasping them. When they are opened, they will display an explanation and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.

As a result, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This changes the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop has available to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that increase the level of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment, players must first locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item's level, and what it will become after being upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires only one blue or green Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, he is able to click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity, the upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the durability of the item. This makes it an excellent method for players to get a significant advantage in combat without putting a strain on their bank accounts. Moreover players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for new players. However, there are numerous ways to acquire these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players boost the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials, and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item upgrader mod will gain an upgrade to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item is reached.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components don't stack against each other, and can only be added to a single item at a time. Each upgrade component will require a certain number of items as well as a certain level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add an item to be upgraded. On the right side, an image of the gear will look like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once a player has sufficient materials will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.

Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades are no longer available to it. When a piece of equipment reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will come with discounts.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can slot into armors, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools to provide an additional effect or bonus when the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired through questing or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be swapped by acquiring new ones. However, this will ruin the previous upgrade.

Requirements

Upgrades to items allow players to increase the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item upgrader kit will vary depending on its type however, you'll usually require Dilithium along with an amount of Upgrade tokens.

Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This gives them extra effects or an increased item level. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is placed into an object, it is not able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can boost the item's stats.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" For example, increases base defense and gives an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire", however, increases weapon damage.

Certain items are better off being upgraded not so much for their improved stats, but because it lets players get the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

When you choose an upgrade component to slot into an Best item upgrade the game will display a pop-up window that shows the necessary requirements. These include the type of item (either Weapon or Armor) the tier of that item, the upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

If you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade the game will put the item upgrades in your inventory and the progress bar will be updated to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
