Upgrades can sometimes increase the performance of a piece of equipment and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations are made available.

For instance, the top shield for racial discrimination Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to add additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be used to reroll a purchased item, such as an armor, weapon or ring. The Best item upgrader is replaced by another of the same kind and comes with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade gear. They don't keep the original level of the item and any wasted resources won't get compensated.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens through several means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be located in crates and chests, or purchased from the store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of an item that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can roll equipment with three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage that melee and weapons, while spell power improves rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player an extra health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item Upgrader Mod to a higher quality. To produce them, you require an upgrade level reroll token. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, while rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The marker for rerolling, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action areas, remains on the space until the next success is being rerolled. This allows you to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.

Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the beginning of every Preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by grasping them. When they are opened, they show a description and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of coins.

This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This affects the blueprints that the restaurant's shop sells to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These stones are special stones which increase the level of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. These stones can also be obtained by players who complete daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment, the player must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". The screen will show a summary of the item's level, and what it will be after being upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.

After deciding on the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process also is risk-free and will not impact the durability of the item. This makes the system an excellent method for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without putting a strain on their bank account. Additionally players can transfer experience and the progress of an upgraded item to new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.

The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for players who are new to the game. There are several ways to obtain them. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that lets you increase the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It's done by combining an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will receive an upgrade to a higher level. This process continues until the item reaches its highest level.

Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon beside their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components do not stack against each other, and can only be added to one item at a time. Each upgrade component requires the purchase of a certain amount of items and a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the first is where players can put in equipment that needs that they wish to upgrade, and the right slot shows a preview of what the gear will look like when it reaches its next level. Once a player has enough materials, pressing the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of an item will be increased by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum level, its upgrades are no longer available to it. Once a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to that track will have a discount.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be slotted into weapons, armor trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to offer an added bonus or effect when the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained by completing quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs that can be removed and replaced at will.

Requirements

Once an upgrade element is added to an item, it cannot be removed and substituted without restriction, however glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped without limitation.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can increase the stats of an item.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense and provides an additional 20% chance of blocking. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players when they achieve a perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance, is highly valued by melee PvP communities and could be worth as much as 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

The game will show you the requirements when you select the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. These include the item type (either weapon or armor) and the level of the Best item upgrade and the upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

The game will put an item in your inventory when you have completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show you how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any NPC that upgrades items.
