The flex arm is perfect for getting under low-lying furniture and along baseboards. It's among our most attractive looking robot vacuums. The latest model from iRobot is also its smartest. It has advanced features like Enhanced Dirt Detection as well as future compatibility (another company's robot that can wash mop pads autonomously).

It's the only robot vacuum/mop that has an exemplary 10/10 in our tests due to a mix of high-tech sensors, which include cameras, a structured light system and multiple lasers. It comes with a multi-function dock that automatically empty the vacuum's dustbin, refills its water tank, and washes and dries its mop pads.

The smart robot cleaner makes use of an array of LIDAR and structured light to create floor plans and spot obstacles, navigating more intelligently than its more expensive competitors. It also comes with a front-mounted camera for real-time hazards detection, though this wasn't 100% reliable in our tests and could be confused with obstructions or power cords.
