Upgrades can sometimes increase the performance of a piece and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random enhancements applied.

The elite racial Shield Razortail for instance, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption function in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an item you have acquired like an armor, weapon or ring. This replaces the item with another item of the same type however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable option to upgrade equipment. However, they don't keep the same level as the original item and any resources that are wasted won't be compensated for.

The survivors can get Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be located in crates and chests or purchased from the store for 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to change the attribute of an item of equipment for example, increasing its damage.

Players can reroll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Physical power increases the damage caused by weapons and melee attacks while spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to higher quality. To make them, you'll need a higher-quality token for rerolling. Depending on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process is also completely risk-free and does not affect the durability of the item. This makes it an excellent method for players to gain an advantage in combat without putting a strain on their accounts. Moreover players can transfer experience and advancement of an upgraded item to new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.

The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for new players. However, there are many ways to obtain these stones, such as signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows you to increase the power of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. Once an item reaches its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option to upgrade. Likewise, once a piece of gear reaches an upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will have a discount.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons in order to provide an extra effect or attribute benefit while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained by completing quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs which can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Items upgrades allow players to increase certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary depending on its type, but you'll typically need Dilithium as well as the number of Upgrade Tokens.

The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This gives them more effects or an improved quality of the item. These upgrades can be gotten from various sources in the game, including through crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade element is inserted into an item, it can't be removed and substituted without restriction, however glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped out without restrictions.

Upgrades can increase the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components have additional modifiers that could further improve the item's stats.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" for example, increases base defense and gives an additional 20 percent chance to block. The dps "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage to weapons.

Some items benefit from upgrading not so much for their improved stats and more because it allows players to gain the maximum amount of value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by melee PvP communities and could be worth up to 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

The game will display the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item level upgrade. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
