Upgrades can increase the performance of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations are applied.

The racial Shield elite Razortail, for example, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the original version that is not upgraded.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an item you have acquired, such as a weapon, armor or ring. This replaces the item with an identical item, but with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are an economical method of upgrading equipment. They don't preserve the original level of the item and any wasted resources will not be refunded.

Survivors can obtain Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates or purchased from the market for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of an item for example, increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can roll their equipment into three categories that include physical power, magical power and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage that weapons and melee attacks and spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give players an additional level of health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to higher quality. To create them, you need an upgrade level reroll token. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

Unlike other special tokens and markers that are placed on Action spaces The reroll marker is left on the space until the next Success result is rerolled. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of every Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. In addition, players can get these stones by signing daily contracts.

To upgrade their gear players first need to find the item they want to upgrade and then click on the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item level upgrade's levels and what it will be when it is upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires only one green or blue Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements are satisfied, the user can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be raised in level a certain percentage. Requirements

Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players when they get an exact roll. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.
